Unfortunately Ferryhill Fireworks Event planned for tomorrow evening (3rd November) has been cancelled.
An inspection of the site today found waterlogged conditions. Conditions were deemed unsafe by the events company to proceed with the event.
So that residents don’t miss out the decision has been taken to move the fireworks event to Next Friday 10th November 2023. The event will still be held at Dean Bank Park from 5.00pm-8.00pm
Tickets are available now at Ferryhill Town Hall for Friday 10th November, entrance to the Fireworks display will be £3.00 per ticket for residents of Ferryhill (Ferryhill residents will be asked for proof of their address upon requesting tickets) and £4.00 for anyone residing outside the Town. Children under 3 years can attend free of charge. You with be able to “pay on the gate” the evening of the event, with the charge being £4.00 per person for everyone.
Already purchased tickets can be used on Friday 10th November 2023. If you have purchased a ticket and can’t make the new date you can get a refund from the Town Hall, no later than 3.30pm Thursday 9th November. Tickets must be handed back in to receive a refund.
