Ferryhill Town Council offers two rooms for hire within Ferryhill Town Hall, the Town Hall is the ideal location for room hire with free car parking and good public transport:

Large Room
Situated on the first floor, large comfortable space for up to 50 people suitable for meetings, training courses and social events.
The room looks out over Ferryhill Market Place, kitchen facilities available, disabled access and toilet facilities.
Council Chamber
Situated on the ground floor, small comfortable space for up to 20 people, suitable for meetings & training. It is an ideal space if you are looking for a one-off space to hold interviews, run training days or arrange a meeting.

Organisations outside Ferryhill 8.30am to 5pm £12.50 per hour
Organisations from Ferryhill Evenings & Weekends £11.50 per hour
Organisations outside Ferryhill Evenings & Weekends £18.50 per hour
