Mayor Visits Tenlands Care Home
Angus Ferguson, the Mayor of Ferryhill attended the Tenlands Care Home’s Open Day today. Angus said:
‘I was privileged to be welcomed by the residents of Tenlands and joined them in being entertained by 11 year old Irish dancer, Denver Hall
who regaled us with two of her excellent routines. I would like to thank residents Yvonne Timoney, Ron Rand and Doris Robinson who let me be pictured with them along with the excellent, caring staff. I am grateful to the home’s manager, Sarah Hall and Strong Life Care’s regional manager, Dorota Piechowiak for their hospitality. Tenlands is an outstanding nursing home and as such, is one of the jewels of Ferryhill.’
